At Queens and Teens Yoga, we cultivate a space where strength meets grace. Our unique programs are designed to empower mothers and daughters through shared movement, fostering deep connection and serene mindfulness. Join us to celebrate the royalty in every stage of life.

Explore Programs

Meet for our outdoor flows every Sunday at 4 pm at Maidu Regional Park. Secured spots are $15, while walk-ins pay $20. Space is limited to 10 pairs (20 total) to ensure intimacy. Light snacks and drinks are provided but please bring a water bottle and your own yoga mat if you have one.
